Single glassed windows are not appropriate!!! Rooms lack adequate sound insulation, making it hard to rest peacefully. Buffet food was often lukewarm, and the air conditioning underperformed, leaving us uncomfortable!!!

Staying here was a delight, particularly enjoying the extraordinary food, especially the fresh crepes and omelet station at breakfast that really stood out. The beautiful garden and well-maintained pools made for a serene environment. However, the location was a bit isolated, which could be inconvenient for those wanting quick access to the town. Additionally, the noise from other guests occasionally interrupted the otherwise tranquil atmosphere. It’s worth mentioning that the kids' club could offer more activities to engage the little ones better.

We had a Twin Room with Ria View, and it was nice. The large outdoor pool and beautiful gardens were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast spread included organic juices and freshly baked croissants. The resort has a private ferry to Tavira Island, which was very handy for beach days. Kids loved the kids' club facilities!

Waking up to the gentle sound of waves was magical. The outdoor pool offered a refreshing escape and the gardens were perfect for morning strolls.

However, we faced a frustrating wait at check-in. Additionally, our room wasn’t as immaculately clean as expected, which was disappointing.

The dedicated kids pool was a highlight that my children loved! They had fun with the daily kids activities, which kept them engaged throughout our stay. The beautiful river view from our room was relaxing, making our mornings enjoyable.

Lunch options were lacking as we couldn't find a buffet lunch available during our five nights.

The pool was huge and perfect for the kids. The staff at the kids club were super friendly and kept them entertained. The complimentary bus to town and daily boat rides to the beach were convenient. The breakfast was tasty but the wait for clean tables was a bit annoying sometimes.

We had an amazing time with friends! The beach shuttle made getting to the ocean a breeze and the large outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing. We also loved the kids' club facilities. Just be aware, though, that housekeeping is hit or miss, so keep your valuables locked.

We had some cash go missing from our room two nights in a row, which was pretty concerning. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in addressing it, so I’d suggest keeping your money and valuables close.
